Prev NextSept. 5th Meeting Cancelled
Dear Membership:
After much consideration, I have decided to cancel the next Membership meeting scheduled for Sunday, September 5th for the following reasons:
I asked for updated information pertaining to the status of our membership and upon receipt, realized that over 90% of the membership is delinquent in their dues.
I have done a cursory survey of many of the members and they have expressed they have never received any information concerninig their status as members and need time to be allowed to come current.
As you may know, for musicians, coming up with dues, that could very well be for some $32.50 or more is a hardship, and since the life blood of this organization is its musicians/members, they must be given time to re-instate and become eligible for any voting privileges that exist.

When I have received evidence that all the delinquent members have been identified, contacted and given sufficient time to become current with their dues, I will re-set the Membership Meeting.
To assist the Secretary with this matter, all that have not paid their dues, please go to our website, http://www.thefoundationjamson.org/, download an application, come into the office at the foundation and pay delinquent dues. The 1st Quarter Dues covers January-March / 2nd Quarter Dues covers April-June / 3rd Quartet Dues covers July-Sept. and 4th Quarter Dues covers Oct.-Dec.
I believe that this is a fair and equitable way to handle this and sincerely hope all will respect the decision.
Thank you,
Will Matthews
President
